C&J Cocker's Refund Policy

From time to time there may be an occasion where a transaction may need to be cancelled. C&J Cocker's will always move forward towards successful delivery of puppies or dogs as promised once authorization has been received from the "Buyer".

Expenses that we may incur prior to shipment in your behalf are as outlined but not limited to the following: Any and all expenses C&J Cocker's incur in behalf of "Buyers" are not refundable.

1. Air Transportation and Booking fees

2. Financial Transaction fees

3. Registration Fees

4. Port of entry fees

5. Vet Physical exam Fees or services

6. Surgical Fees for Spay or Neuter

7. And related labor expenses.

Should you decide to withdraw you order within 24 hours you will receive a full refund as long as your order to cancel is received within the specified 24 hour period.

Order cancellations occurring after the 24 hours will be refunded as follows;

a. Dogs and Puppies that have been surgically altered at buyers request no refund.

b. Orders that have been on a delayed delivery schedule at "Buyer's Request" , (beyond the first available scheduled travel date) There will be no refunds.

c. All other orders will be refunded less any amounts C&J Cocker's incurred on buyers behalf.

Timing:

Refunds will be issued as soon a possible following notice of order cancellation Normal processing time is 5 business days.

Puppies returned must be returned in good health and sound.

Refunds will be based on deductions of expenses incurred and any vet bill or special treatment expenses as may or not be listed herein.
